Please fill out the informational form below to apply to be a part of the The Smile Project Carnival 2017 Market Village line-up. Make sure to have business, photos, and sale item information ready to fill out in the below form as you will not be able to save your work and come back to it.
The fee for vending in the Market Village is $250 a day and includes a 10x10 tent space. You will need to bring your own table (no more than 2) and chairs (no more than 4) and note electricity will be limited. You will also need to secure a Certificate of Insurance or sign a waiver to participate in the event. Note a $50 discount per day if vending multiple days
All participating vendors will be required to accept credit cards at the event.
If you are accepted to the event you will be sent another form asking for more detailed information.
