Monday Check-in (Weekend News) An opportunity to host a discussion with the people we support and discuss about their weekend. A chance to find out what the people we support are doing during the weekends and how they are starting off their weeks. We want to be mindful of the people we support currently and provide coping techniques for any anxious feelings. We ask that staff share their weekend experiences as well.

Tasty Tuesday An opportunity to host a discussion or cooking demo about meals for the week. This discussion is a great avenue to discuss healthy eating tips during this quarantine. This virtual hangout will also be a safe space for our food lovers to share and discuss recipes to favorite meals

Workout Wednesday We are hoping to be able to provide a virtual workout as well as a space for the people we support to talk about staying physical during the quarantine find ways to implement workouts and activities in their routine. Yoga, Guided Meditation, Exercises, Stretching are some options but not limited to.

Thankful Thursday We want to be respectful to everyone's religions and practices here at SEEC. Thankful Thursday is a virtual hangout space where all can come together to celebrate good deeds, positivity, optimistic behaviors, and words of affirmations. A chance for people to highlight and share what they are thankful for during this time.

Fun Friday Whether it’s a virtual zoom party, following a science experiment demo, charades, Pictionary, and or watching a great short film virtually and then talking about it, we want it to be FUN! On Fridays we want the people we support to be excited to tune in on because they can look forward to something exciting and exhilarating.
