For the purpose of this survey, an “influencer” is defined as a person with over 10k followers on one or more social media platforms and who uses social media to promote tips, advice, products or services pertaining to a particular niche interest. An influencer can be a blogger, artist, celebrity as well as non-celebrity, who has built an audience organically through social media.
