I understand the quality and scope of any mentoring partnership is largely determined by the commitment and quality of communication between myself and any mentor I am paired with.
I understand that I will need to be personally accountable and professional with a sense of timeliness, accessibility, and respectfulness.
I understand that my mentor is volunteering their time and energy and I will be respectful of this by communicating with my mentor and understanding that it is not appropriate to ignore my mentor's communications.
I understand that if at any point I am no longer able to, or no longer want to, participate as KNIT mentee I will notify both my mentor and Larry Cloud (
I understand that attending the pairing event on September 14th at 6:00 PM in mandatory and I will not be able to receive a mentor if I do not attend.
