Neem kennis dat die terrein aan Bergrivier Munisipaliteit behoort en dat geen skade aan die terrein (grasperk, bome en geboue) aangerig mag word nie./ Please note that the premises belongs to Bergrivier Municipality and that no damage to the site (lawn, trees and buildings) may be caused. 2. Stalletjiehouers is verantwoordelik vir die volgende items: Stoele, tafels, tafeldoeke**, versierings, prysetikette, verlengingskoorde, multikragprop, stalletjie naam ("branding"), sambrele, gazebo's. / Exhibitors are responsible for providing the following items: chairs, tables, **tablecloths, decorations, price tags, extension cords, multi-plugs, signage and branding, umbrellas, gazebos. **Die feesorganiseerders sal tafeldoeke aan alle kosstalletjies in die `kostent’ verskaf om eenvormigheid te verseker. / The festival organizers will provide tablecloths to all food stalls in the 'food tent' to ensure uniformity. 3. Die stalletjiehouer mag slegs die goedere verkoop wat in hierdie aansoek aangedui word en wat deur die Komitee goedgekeur is. / The stall holder may only sell the goods indicated in this application and approved by the Committee. 4. Die Fees Komitee aanvaar geen verantwoordelikheid van enige verliese of skade wat die stalletjiehouer mag lei tydens die uitstalling nie. / The Festival Committee accepts no responsibility for any losses or damage that the stall holder may lead during the exhibition. 5. Die stalletjies moet vanaf 08:30 – 16:30 op die Saterdag bedryf word. STALLETJIEHOUERS MOET ASSEBLIEF TEEN 08:00 REEDS OPGESTEL WEES. / The stalls must be operated from 08:30 to 16:30 on Saturday. STALL HOLDERS MUST PLEASE BE SETUP BEFORE 8:00 AM. 6. Geen voertuie sal op die terrein toegelaat word nie. Aflewering moet geskied voor 08:30. / No vehicles will be allowed on site. Delivery must be done before 08:30. 7. Alle kosstalletjies moet die nodige sertifikate van die gesondheidsinspekteur bekom. Doen asb. vroegtydig aansoek. / All food stalls must obtain the necessary certificates from the health inspector. Please do apply early. 8. Brandblussers word vereis by alle stalletjies waar vuur en gas gebruik word. / Fire extinguishers are required at all stalls where fire and gas are used. 9. Stalletjie houers moet ten alle tye die stalletjie-areas netjies hou. / Stall holders must keep the stall areas clean and tidy at all times. 10. Let wel: geen gewere/ammunisie/alkohol/vuurwerke mag op die feesterrein verkoop word nie. / Please note: no guns / ammunition / alcohol / fireworks may be sold at the festival grounds. 11. Geen onderverhuring van stalletjies word toegelaat nie. / No subletting of stalls is allowed. 12. Stalletjie nommers sal toegeken word na die sluitingsdatum. / Stall numbers will be awarded after the closing date. 13. Stalletjie grootte is 3m x 3m. Indien u meer ruimte benodig, moet u betaal vir ‘n tweede stalletjie. / Stall size is 3m x 3m. If you need more space, you have to pay for a second stall. 14. Verseker asseblief dat u genoeg voorraad vir ‘n volle dag kan voorsien. / Please ensure that you have enough stock for a full day. 15. Piketberg Toerisme versoek dat stalletjiehouers oormatige verpakking verminder en herbruikbare en herwinde verpakking oorweeg. Enigiets wat beskikbaar is, moet verkieslik van plantmateriaal gemaak word en bioafbreekbaar wees. Hierdie beleid sal help om te verseker dat afval wat na storting gestuur word, tot 'n minimum beperk word. / Piketberg Tourism requests that stallholders reduce excess packaging and consider recyclable and recycled packaging. Anything that is available should preferably be made of plant material and be biodegradable. This policy will help to ensure that waste sent after shipment is minimized.
Stalletjie aansoeke sluit: VRYDAG, 16 FEBRUARIE 2019. ‘n Keuringsproses sal plaasvind en u sal voor 01 Maart 2019 in kennis gestel word of die aansoek suksesvol was. Betaling moet voor of op 29 Maart 2019 geskied. Indien betaling nie gedoen word voor genoemde datum nie, sal die stalletjie nie toegeken word nie. / Stall applications closes: FRIDAY, 16 FEBRUARY 2019. A selection process will take place and you will be informed before 01 March 2019 whether the application was successful. Payment must be made before or on 29 March 2019. If payment is not made before the aforementioned date, the stall will not be awarded.
