FEE$40 - Vendors will be invoiced via Paypal at the email address provided on February 15th. Payment must be submitted by March 1st.
CHECK-INVendors and artists will check-in at the SSTU Dining Hall.
SET-UP SCHEDULEThursday 1 - 10 p.m. (volunteer staff will leave at 8 p.m., building closes at 10 p.m.)Friday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.Vendors must be ready to sell at 12:00 PM on Friday.
BREAK-DOWNYou may start breaking down on Saturday at 4 p.m. The event closes at 6 p.m, volunteer staff and the building closes at 10 p.m.
LAYOUTEach exhibitor will be given a 10' x 10' space in the SSTU DINING HALL. We will provide a 6' table and 2 chairs, unless otherwise requested. Access to electricity is not guaranteed, please specify if you need access to electricity.
HELPYou can bring helpers, the convention is free so we just ask them to sign-in. We will have designated volunteers that will be present to bring by water and give bathroom breaks. We cannot provide volunteers to help you set-up and break-down.
RESTRICTIONSNo Food Sales: We have on-site food trucks, cafe, and concessions that help us fund the convention every year.No Mature Content: We are a family-friendly convention and we do not allow sexually explicit or other mature content.
