Notes:
1. Recommended for those who are familiar with Buddhist terms and the practice of the Satipaṭṭhānas.

2. The workbook will be provided upon approval of registration for the workshop.

3. Participants are required to thoroughly study the workbook and attempt to answer the questions in the discussion topics for meaningful engagement in group discussions during the workshop proper.
