Overload Artist Friday Set-up Registration
The Overload Committee wishes to make sure Overload is a safe event for all exhibitors and
attendees. As a requirement of entry to Overload, all artists and assistants must have read
and understood the Overload Health and Safety Plan and Health and Safety Policy of the
Venue Management (Regional Facilities of Auckland).

If you have any possible hazards (anything that may cause injury or damage to event goers
and/or the venue - for example, walkway obstructions) you must fill out the Health and
Safety Hazard Plan for Sponsors and Contractors:

During set-up on Friday 27 September, children under 16 and babies are NOT permitted in the
venue.

All contractors, exhibitors and participants on site must wear Hi-Vis vests and closed
over shoes or safety shoes.

Please show your artist passes as proof that you are a registered and paid artist (you don't need to put them on, however).
