Community Survey for Strategic Plan
The Common Council is in the process of creating a strategic plan to guide decisions over the next five years. The questions below were created to engage the public in the development process and ensure the plan reflects the values and needs of the whole community. We appreciate your time to complete the survey and look forward to reviewing your responses.
The deadline to complete the survey is August 11, 2020. If you are completing a paper version, please submit to Administrative Services Director Inga Cushman at City Hall, 710 S. Janesville Street, by the deadline. Completed surveys can also be placed in the silver drop box located outside of City Hall.
