*Billing
When you submit this form, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours as per your chosen plan pricing. When this invoice is paid your plan will be active, you can use your chosen services as per your needs and our agreement with immediate effect. If no payment is received 14 days after quote request, quotes will be removed from data base, and you will be expected to redo the questionnaire for another quote. Invoices are automated as per your sign up date and will be billed out every month on the day of sign up. You can request to move the billing date for when it is more convenient for you to make payment. Invoice reminders are also automated, and will be updated within 3 days of payment. Invoices are due on the same day as billed. We do highly suggested setting up a debit order.
**Information
Please note that it is your best interest to provide us with your conversion requested reports as soon as possible. They will dictate how long the conversion takes. We will do as much as possible in our power to help you acquire these documents. Please note that addition charges will apply if the state of the books are inconvertible(meaning it will take a lot of man hours to clean up the data), we will let you know in advance to what these extra charges might be and exactly what for.
