This form is for those who are interested in commissioning me for either a traditional style badge or Digital piece!

i will only be taking a few slots at the moment

Invoices will be sent out shortly after form completion,  the invoice will need to be paid within 48 hours or else your form will be VOIDED and your commission will NOT be accepted.

Badges vary in price depending on the style chosen. Styles and Prices can be found while filling out the form.
Digital Prices are the same as the traditional. (this is the last time this will apply)

Digital Pieces WILL NOT be printed and mailed to you.

Digital Artwork come FLATCOLOR NO SHADING

Traditional artwork is badge style only.
Commissioner can choose if they want their badge done in alcohol markers or paint markers

Shipping for U.S is $4.00  International is $9

There is 7% tax on each purchase.

Payment is required before any progress is made
