Please fill out the below form to apply for the lead college role in the NACCE + Intuit Education Financial Management for Entrepreneurs Curriculum Initiative. In addition to completing the below form, you must submit a one-page overview to
that confirms that your college is a NACCE member and the identification of a faculty point of contact who will participate in the pilot. Please explain your qualifications and why you desire to be a part of this pilot. You MUST have the signature of a dean, vice president or president of the community college that has the authority to commit to the project and to designate a faculty member to participate in the pilot.
