Thank you for your interest in coordinating a drive with Community Food Share! Please complete this registration form and a staff member will contact you shortly.  

We encourage you to host both a Virtual & Physical Food Drive! Community Food Share purchases 20% of our food, and with this we are able to purchase nutritious, well-balanced options for those that utilize our services.
A $1 donation to Community Food Share provides $5 worth of groceries to a family facing hunger. In addition to food, monetary donations keep our freezers running, our trucks on the road, and support food distributions to our 40+ Partner Agencies. Monetary donations also allow us to purchase food in bulk; our cost per pound of food is far lower than that of an individual buying food at retail prices.

Virtual drives can easily be set up through the assistance of a staff member - and they are the best way to expand your impact into the community with your drive.

Our small boxes are 12in x11in and hold approx. 30 cans / pounds of items. 
Our large boxes are 19in x 12in x 30in and hold approx. 60-80 cans / pounds of items. 

We ask that you come pick up the boxes if possible. For drop off, we can arrange a pick up if the donation poundage exceeds 1,000 lbs (~30 small boxes, ~10 large boxes), otherwise we ask for you to drop off all donations.  

Your own boxes work perfectly fine for collecting and dropping off donations, our boxes are just an additional option for you to utilize.
