2026 SLO Pickle Festival Volunteer Sign-Up 

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the SLO Pickle Festival benefiting Meals That Connect! We're looking for energetic, dependable community members to help during this fun and flavorful day.

Event Date & Time: Saturday, October 10, 2026 
Location: Madonna Inn Expo, San Luis Obispo
Volunteer Shifts: Between 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
Volunteers receive free GA entry to the event!  ($65 value / no alcohol)
Free parking available.

---> Be part of making the event happen! Volunteers are needed to help with vendor setup and logistics, parking and entry flow, band and stage support, signage and photo booth, info booth and volunteer check-in, and ticketing and wristband distribution.

As a volunteer, you will be expected to sign a Waiver of Liability before the day of the event.  A courtesy copy is available at the following location: https://mealsthatconnect.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Volunteer-Agreement-and-Liability-Waiver-SPF2026.pdf

Final copies of both forms will be presented for digital signature as we get closer to the day of the event.
