Need a pause in your membership?
Are you travelling, nursing an injury, or taking a break from training? You have the option of pausing your membership if you have a 10/20/30 session packs, 3 months, 6 months and Legends 10-session packs membership with us!
Pause durations allowed are as follows:
10-session pack/LiftRx Pack – 7 days
20-session pack/LiftRx Pack – 14 days
30-session pack/LiftRx Pack - 21 days
3 months – 14 days
6 months - 28 days
Legends 10-session pack - 7 days
Legends Couple 10-session pack - 7 days
- If the pause duration exceeds more than what is available as stated above, an administration fee of $25 is required to finalize the pause request.
- Membership hold requests must be submitted no less than five (5) business days before your planned pause date.
- Membership hold requests received later can be processed but there will be an administration fee of $25 to process late requests.
- Upon expiration of the requested pause period, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership will resume.
- Any unused pause quota days from previous or current membership are not allowed to be carried over or transferred to a new contract.
- Locker Rental: If you have an existing locker rental tied to your membership plan, please note that this will be extended according to the allowed pause durations stated above. If your pause exceeds the allocated duration, you will be charged a pro-rated fee for your locker rental accordingly.
