CATESOL 2025 Proposal Reviewer Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in serving as a proposal reviewer for the CATESOL 2025 State Conference. Proposal reviews will take place online, asynchronously (on your own schedule) from July 1 - July 15 using a standardized rubric. If needed, we may ask you to review proposals after July 15 on an as-needed basis.

Please note: Our proposal review platform requires you to be an active CATESOL member. If you are not an active CATESOL member, please update your membership ($30 annual rate).

Have you submitted a proposal for CATESOL 2025?

You can BOTH submit a proposal AND be a reviewer!

We ask this question to make sure that you're not reviewing your own proposal. So, if we know you're a proposal reviewer and submitter, then it's easier for us to be on the lookout for your name.

This will not impact your selection as a reviewer.
I understand that serving as a proposal reviewer is a purely volunteer role. I am prepared to commit up to 10 hours through July 15 to help ensure a high-quality conference program for the CATESOL 2025 State Conference.
