私は本大会に参加を希望し、大会開催期間中の安全に対する判断、配慮等について全て私個人が責任を持 ち、私個人の生命・負傷及び、用具一切の損傷・紛失は主催、運営、協賛等の各社、各団体に何ら責任がな いことに同意します。また、大会開催期間中に撮影された全ての写真・映像についての使用、転載の権限 を JWSA 及び実行委員会与えることに同意します。そして、いかなる場合においても、エントリー費の返還 を要求しません。私は上記の旨を理解し、ルールと大会規定に従うことを誓います。 (18 歳未満のエントリー者は保護者の署名、捺印が必要)

I agree to respect the rules of the race and inparticular : To do my best to help any person or ship in danger. To recognize that the decision to participate or to stay in a race is my own responsibility. To respect ALL TIMES every single INSTRUCTION dictated by the RACE COMMITTEE. Competitors enter the event at their own risk. The officers, the event organisers, and volunteers are not responsible under any circumstance for any kind of loss or damage or injury sustained by any person or equipment. Participation in the events is at the sole discretion of the competitor and at his/her own risk. I also agree to grant JWSA and the organizer the right to use and reproduce all photos and videos taken during the event. And under no circumstances will I request a refund of the entry fee. I understand the above and pledge to abide by the rules and event regulations.
