Wir suchen Kollektive, Crews und Initiativen für Veranstaltungen und Nutzungen der Frachtkante in Tegel im Jahr 2026.

Präambel: Unsere Veranstaltungen sollen die Vielfalt der Szene repräsentieren und Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Hintergründen zusammenbringen, Räume für Austausch, gemeinsames Feiern, Lernen und gegenseitige Unterstützung schaffen, kulturelle, politische oder soziale Perspektiven jenseits dominanter Narrative stärken und respektvoll, achtsam und verantwortungsvoll mit allen Teilnehmenden umgehen.

Die Frachtkante versteht sich als communityorientiert, solidarisch, gemeinwohlorientiert und diskriminierungskritisch. Dabei möchten wir sicherstellen, dass die Veranstaltungen den Bedürfnissen der Menschen entsprechen, die sich in unserem Space einbringen, und dass Ressourcen sowie Sichtbarkeit bewusst geteilt werden, um Zugänge, Teilhabe und Repräsentation aktiv zu fördern.

Ihr könnt euch auf 3 Varianten des Open Calls bewerben - dazu weitere Informationen in den jeweiligen Bewerbungsfenstern.

Variante 1 : Outdoor Veranstaltungen, mit ca. 1000 Personen                                                                                                             

Variante 2 : Outdoor Veranstaltungen, mit ca. 300 Menschen                                                                            

Variante 3 : Nicht öffentliche Aktivität

Vergabe- und Bewerbungsprozess: Es wird einen Info-Call und einen gemeinsamen Besichtigungstermin vor Ort geben, um Fragen zum Vergabe-, Bewerbungsprozess und Strukturen vor Ort klären zu können. Bei Fragen und Anliegen gibt es darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit diese im Bewerbungsformular zu notieren, woraufhin sich das Frachtkante-Team zurückmeldet.

Im Rahmen des Vergabeprozess werden folgende Kriterien priorisiert:

  • lokale Initiativen
  • nicht-kommerzielle Projekte/Veranstaltungen, also Projekte, welche nicht profitorientiert arbeiten
  • Projekte/Veranstaltungen mit sozialem, politischem oder kulturellem Mehrwert jenseits dominanter Narrative
  • Projekte/Veranstaltungen mit Fokus auf Teilhabe und Abbau von Barrieren
  • Projekte/Veranstaltungen, welche Minderheiten, marginalisierte Communities und kulturelle Diversität fördern
  • Projekte/Veranstaltungen, welche ökologisch nachhaltige Folgen mitdenken
Das Projekt der Modellfläche TXL wird bis März 2026 von der Senatsverwaltung für Kultur und Gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt gefördert. Ab Frühling stehen wir finanziell auf eigenen Beinen.

We are looking for collectives, crews, and initiatives who want to host their own events at Frachtkante in Tegel in 2026.

Preamble: Our events should represent the diversity of the scene and bring together people from different backgrounds, create spaces for exchange, celebration, learning and mutual support, strengthen cultural, political, or social perspectives beyond dominant narratives, and treat all participants with respect, mindfulness, and responsibility. The Frachtkante sees itself as community-oriented, solidary, public-good-oriented, and critical of discrimination. We want to ensure that events meet the needs of the people who contribute to our space and that resources and visibility are consciously shared in order to actively promote access, participation, and representation. 

You can apply for 3 variations of the open call – further information can be found in the respective application windows.

Variation 1 : Open Air, approx. 1000 people                                                                                                          
Variation 2 : Outdoor Event, approx. 300 people                                                                                                  
Variation 3 : Non-public activity 

Application process: There will be an info call and a combined on-site viewing appointment to clarify questions about the award and application process and structures on site. If you have any questions or concerns, you can also note them on the application form, and the Frachtkante team will get back to you.

Info call on February 24 at 6:00 p.m.  

Tour on February 28 at 12:00 p.m.

The following criteria will be prioritized in the application process:

  • Local initiatives
  • Non-commercial projects/events, i.e., projects that are not profit-oriented
  • Projects/events with social, political, or cultural added value beyond dominant narratives
  • Projects/events with a focus on participation and breaking down barriers
  • Projects/events that promote minorities, marginalized communities, and cultural diversity
  • Projects/events that consider environmentally sustainable consequences
The TXL model area project will be funded by the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion until March 2026. From spring onwards, we will be financially independent.
