Thank you for your interest in becoming a Member of the International Digital Asset Exchange Association (IDAXA). Admission into IDAXA shall be by submission of a completed application form which shall be reviewed by the Council.


Acceptance of a new Member by the Council shall be conditional upon the new Member:

▹ Satisfying the Eligibility Criteria as applicable;

▹ Signing a Deed of Adherence to the By-Laws of the Association;

▹ Paying the initial Application Fee and Membership Fee; and

▹ Being entered in the Register of Members of the Association.


All new Members shall agree to:

▹ Actively support and contribute to the development of the Association and the fulfillment of its objectives; and

▹ Satisfy and ensure their continued compliance with the By-Laws and the Eligibility Criteria.
