Capital Homes CHEO Classic Registration
On August 20th, 2018 Capital Homes Realty will be hosting the Third Annual Capital Homes CHEO
Classic Golf Tournament at the Kanata Golf Club to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, CHEO. Participants will be joining us for a day of golf on one of Ottawa’s most desired courses!

Registration is at 10:00am, Tee-off at 11:00am. The day includes lunch, provided by Dagwoods, as
well as treats and fun from local businesses at holes along the course. Be ready; contests for closest
to the pin and longest drive too!

The tournament will be followed by a dinner of hand carved roast beef with potatoes, veggies,
tossed salad, and dessert. There will also be entertainment, prizes and more.

ENTRY FEE: $150 which includes golf, cart, lunch provided by Dagwoods, and Roast Beef Dinner
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the tournament is cancelled due to weather or unforeseeable circumstances players will receive a rain check for a future round. 48 Hours notice required for cancellation to receive 50% refund. In the event of a no show, entry fee is non-refunable.
