The purpose of the study is to study the models of integration of displaced Ukrainian women's businesses into the host communities of Ukraine and Great Britain, as well as the challenges, needs, opportunities and mechanisms of their adaptation to the new socio-economic environment.
Why did they choose me?
We invite you to participate in the study of Ukrainian women entrepreneurs who continue to do business, but due to the military conflict in Ukraine, are forced to move their business to host communities in Ukraine and Great Britain, provide their services and goods in new conditions.
What are the possible benefits of participation?
Perhaps you will be pleased to realize that you contributed to the development of empirical science, added your experience to the theoretical basis of the development of social entrepreneurship, namely women's business in the conditions and after military conflicts.
The acquired knowledge and opportunities for new interactions will be a useful bonus for participating in planned events for the further development of your business.
How will the research be conducted?
As this is a scientific study, we need to record qualitative data, so it is important that you remain alert and attentive during the session. Please minimize potential distractions before starting by working in a quiet room and not turning to other sources of information (eg friends, internet) as this may affect your attitude towards the task and the data we receive.
During the survey, you must have access to a phone (computer) and a stable Internet connection.
You will be asked to sign an electronic consent form for data processing and then complete a survey and answer questions. You will need about 20-25 minutes.
Your opinion is very important to us, but your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. You can opt out at any time by stopping the survey without giving any reason. Any incomplete datasets will be treated as withdrawn and deleted.
Will my participation in this project be kept confidential?
Your name will only be registered on the consent form and email address. Materials will be stored electronically with access only to the research team.
How can the results of this research project be used?
The results obtained during the survey are part of a scientific project, so they may be used in future research reports and publications, but will be presented only in terms of the target audience. Fully anonymized data may be shared with other researchers for additional or subsequent research.

The research is conducted as part of a joint project between Cambridge Judge Business School (UK) and Mariupol State University (Ukraine) with the support of Cambridge University's Research England Policy Support Fund, UKRI
