All Principals, Directors & Supervisors must complete this form for all new hire recommendations.

You will RECOMMEND the candidate (NOT HIRE) to the HR Department by completing this New Hire Recommendation Form. Depending on the position and/or the person, the HR department will either meet or refer the candidate to the Superintendent to meet.
