Use this form only to request additional bus stops. You do not need to register to be on a bus roster. Please visit ckschools.org/buses to locate the bus stop closest to your location.

We may provide transportation to students whose residence is more than one mile from their assigned school.

To request a bus stop at an address, reflective address identifiers must be installed and clearly visible from both directions of travel so that drivers can identify the location. Please ensure these identifiers are in place before submitting a request.

We do not require guest riders to submit an Additional Stop Request.
