As a volunteer you will help keep your adopted street(s) clean by removing litter and reporting graffiti, weed control, large items abandoned on the street and blight issues.
How big is the adoption area?
The adoption area is a minimum of one block but larger areas are encouraged. For instance 2 streets north / south and 2 streets east / west = one square block.

How often do volunteers clean up?
A minimum of once every other week. But as needed to keep the streets clean and beautiful.

Who picks up the litter after clean ups?
Most of the litter pick ups, if done regularly, can be discarded in your own trash bins / or a local business dumpster that has given you permission to use.  If you have a large clean up event, someone from our team will come out to an agreed upon location to pick up the litter you collected.
Who provides the clean up supplies?
We do!  We will provide gloves, vests, bags, and grabbers.
Are Minors allowed to participate?
Absolutely!  We encourage you to get your little ones and teens involved as long as they have proper adult supervision.  There must be one adult for every five minors.
