• Support from a Family Coach who will help you make a plan for short- and long-term stability.

• Connection to landlords, rental units, and other resources that fit your needs.

• A path to self-sufficiency and independence so that you and your family never have to go through this again.

Depending on your situation, we may be able to help with:

• Past-due rent or utility bills

• Security deposits

• Transportation costs related to relocation for safe, stable housing
