Dear Parents, 

   In our continued effort to meet the needs of our students, we are pleased that we are once again able to offer participation in the Kumpf School Homework Club to all students of Kumpf School. While Homework Club can in no way replace the assistance offered by members of our faculty, it can, and does, provide students with a quiet place to study and to complete projects and homework assignments.

   As indicated on the following page, Homework Club is offered each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Students may choose to attend each day, or may select days from the dates provided below. Student attendance is contingent upon the return of a signed permission slip as well as the ability to demonstrate proper and appropriate behavior. Students who fail to meet the behavioral requirements of the program, may be asked to leave the program. The Homework Club meets in the Kumpf School Library and runs from 2:45 – 3:45. In order to ensure the proper supervision of your child, I ask that the necessary transportation arrangements be made and that all students are picked up from school at 3:45. PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE HOMEWORK CLUB EARLY AND MUST REMAIN IN THE SESSION TO 3:45.   Also, if you signed your child up for a particular day and they can no longer attend that day, please call the main office to let them know. 

   Please answer the question below to sign up for the dates. This should be submitted by December 1st, 2025.  A copy of this form will remain on file throughout the month.
