Compilando il seguente modulo richiedo di partecipare al workshop con Moe e Vincenzo e di essere tesserato a Swing Dream Factory A.S.D.
Il workshop si terrà a Roma, presso il centro H20 Fitness Center al Pigneto (Roma), sabato 6 maggio.
Una volta compilato il modulo riceverai:
1. un'email di riepilogo della registrazione;
2. successivamente una seconda email con tutte le istruzioni per completare la registrazione;
3. effettua immediatamente il pagamento e inviaci la contabile.
L'iscrizione verrà considerata attiva una volta ricevuto il pagamento.
Il tesseramento è obbligatorio. Se segui le attività dell'associazione regolarmente o hai partecipato a Jam Factory dovresti già essere tesserato. Sarà nostra premura controllare.
