Make sure the vendor is aware the work is for an SPD case. Vendors may request a copy of the OAC as proof of this.
SPD has accounts with the companies listed in this form, and upon completion of the work, the interpreter invoice should be sent directly to SPD Fiscal at spdfiscalunit@opd.wi.gov.
