CCHS Auditorium Rental Application
If you are renting the theatre facility you are required to fill out this form. If you are using our lighting and sound systems you are required to hire a student technician for $15 an hour. This includes their own set-up and programming times and Mrs. Adams will let you know the total time they need to accommodate your technical needs.

In addition to filling out this form please sign and return the copy of Page 6 of the CCSD Regulation 1330.0 and the CCHS Theatre Facility Contract.

Technical Equipment Needs: Select one, you will be able to access the other parts of the form from the different sections.
(If you are using our equipment you are required to hire a trained student technician selected by Mrs. Adams for for $15 per hour. Students should get paid for meeting with you, an hour to set-up, rehearsals, and all performances. Your students should attend all your rehearsals so your performance runs smoothly. Your students will reach out to you to learn what you need from them. Your estimated payment will be included in your fees from Mr. Wood. If your event exceeds your estimated time Mr. Wood will reach out to you for the final technician payment.) *
