Volunteer Form - CollaBrew Fest 2023
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2023 CollaBrew Fest presented by Pink Boots Society Los Angeles. All volunteers will receive complimentary entry to the festival, a branded taster glass, and endless gratitude for helping to make this event happen! 100% of proceeds from this event will be donated to Pink Boots Society Los Angeles and used to support educational opportunities for women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry! 

We will be in touch by March 20th to confirm if you are needed as a volunteer and to give you additional details, such as duties/shifts/etc. Preference will be given to current PBS members.
