Tournament Officials Request Form
All mandatory fields within this form must be completed and your request will be emailed back within 48 hours.  If you do not receive an email back within 48 hours, please check your junk/spam folder or reach out to mileage@oraofficials.com.

The payment for tournament fees as calculated by your request must be received by the ORA no later than one (1) month prior to the first game of your tournament in order to guarantee officials.  Payment information is available at the bottom of the request form that was emailed back to you.

Important Information
1) A $6.00 Assigning Fee/game will be applied to games below U18 and an $8.00 Assigning Fee/game will be applied to games U18 and higher

2) A mileage/travel allowance will be applied to all game fees dependent on primary and secondary arena selections.  The Assignor will strive to minimize travel costs for your tournament

3) A tournament schedule must be provided to the Assignors via email (assignor@oraofficials.com and assignorhp@oraofficials.com) no later than two (2) weeks prior to your tournament

4) Schedule revisions are acceptable without penalty up to 9:00 pm on the Sunday prior to the tournament;  schedule revisions past 9:00 pm on the Sunday prior to the tournament will be subject to a $6.00/$8.00 per game reassigning fee dependent upon the division

5) If your tournament is held at only one rink, please make your primary and secondary arenas the same.  For questions filling out this form, please email mileage@oraofficials.com
