This survey is conducted to determine the quality level of ourSOUL - OER portal (https://oursoul.su.edu.ph). The OER portal is one of the deliverables of the research entitled "Portable Learning Management System:  ​A Platform for Technology-Enhanced Flexible Learning in Schools with Challenging Internet Connectivity". It is funded by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)  through the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Grant under the K to 12 Transition Program. The results of this survey will be of great help in the improvement of the portal. Your participation in this study by way of answering the survey questionnaire is very vital. The components of the quality level in this study are based on TIPS Framework (CEMCA, 2013) and OER Evaluation Criteria (Affordable Learning, nd).

This survey will require about 5–10 minutes of your time. Your honest responses to all items in the questionnaire will certainly help attain the objective of the study. Your participation in this study must be voluntary, and you have the right to withdraw if you feel uncomfortable with the process of gathering information about yourself.

In the conduct of this evaluation, full confidentiality will be assured. No information that discloses the evaluator's identity and the school identity will be released or published. The materials that contained the raw information derived from you will be anonymized, replaced by codes, and stored in the institutional open educational resource after data processing. The results from this evaluation may be published in a scientific journal, which would be available in many libraries. Such article, respondents would be described in general terms as evaluators, schools will be described as HEIs.
