We often find scholars are happy to help out at the event and learn more about how we do things. This also really helps us out to have extra hands onboard during the event setup and in live hours. We ask that if you would be willing to help out, you could provide around 8 hours at least. During these times there is often opportunity to see sessions and meet speakers. You have access to areas that other dont because you have a staff badge!
If you want to support us please let us know which days you would be available ( feel free to pick more than one date!)
