June 2026 Mission Emanuel Trip Application
We are delighted that you want to join the June 6-12, 2026 Mission Emanuel Trip.  There are two parts to your application, both of which are due by March 1, 2026:  
1) This brief form for First Pres; 
2) Your application to Mission Emmanuel:  Mission Emanuel Application .  

In addition, if you would like to apply for a FPC scholarship, you may find the form here: Mission Trip Scholarship Application    Each person age 10 and older must complete a separate form.   Please include children under 10 on a parent application. 

Please note that all payments will go through FPC, including deposits. We'll be in touch with more details about payments after you register.

Is this your first time on a Mission Trip with FPC? Your first mission trip at all?  
Why do you want to go to Mission Emmanuel on this trip? 
Our trip includes three mandatory one-hour preparation meetings:
* Sunday, March 29 @ 12:15pm
* Sunday, April 26 @ 12:15pm
* Thursday, June 4 @ 5:30pm (also packing night)
Will you make every effort to be at each of these meetings, regardless of whether you have been on the trip before?  If you are unable to participate in one of the meetings due to extenuating circumstances, will you make every effort to contact a leader to learn what you missed?
Do you commit to conducting yourself in a way that honors Jesus, respects the culture of the Dominican Republic,  joyfully submits to our Mission Emmanuel leaders, promotes unity within our FPC community, and seeks to see God at work in new ways? 
For parents of high school students who will not be present with their students on the trip: any students who greviously disrespect our Dominican neighbors or Mission Emmanuel staff, or who intentionally put themselves or others at risk will be sent home at their parent's expense.  Do you agree to these terms? (we trust it won't happen, but need to let you know!)
