DESTINATIONS
The Club Boat can be used to travel within area bounded by Long Kei Wan and Clearwater Bay Marina. Journeys outside these limits will require approval from the Marine Manager and could be subject to a surcharge depending upon destination.

PASSENGERS
A maximum of 28 passengers may be carried, excluding the crew. All passengers must be members or guests of members.

USE RESTRICTION
Fishing or Boat Towing is not allowed.

PRICE
Includes Boat, Skipper, Deckhand and Fuel.We are also able to provide you with additional Food and Beverage sevices. Please contact the F&B Coordinator, Eva Man on admin_fnb@hhyc.org.hk or call 27197915 to discuss your requirements. Please allow at least 48 hrs notice for your order.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a typhoon signal No. 3 or strong wind signal booking will be cancelled and no fee will be charged - in such cases you will be notified by the Club.
If a cancellation is made within 72 hrs prior to the booking 50% of the full amount will be charged. If a cancellation is made within 48 hrs prior to the booking 75% of the full amount will be charged. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hour prior to the booking 100% of the full amount will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing by fax to 2719 3273 or by e-mail to marine@hhyc.org.hk or in person at the Marine Office.

BOOKING
Bookings can be made in person with the Marine Office, by fax to 2719 3273 or by e-mail to marine@hhyc.org.hk. This form must be completed and accepted by the Marine Department before the Club Boat is considered booked by the member. No verbal booking will be accepted. The members booking will be confirmed by the Marine Department by endorsement of the booking form and returning a copy to the member.
