This entry form is to be used for your entries for our 30th Birthday Party. We will be holding cross country, barrel racing, a jumping course and bank diving events. 

ALL EVENTS ARE $10 each (first dog) - second and third dog are $5 per event per dog, fourth is free! 

There will be camping, fires, swimming, music - you name it!!

Location - 399 Cove Road, Stanmore, QLD 4514. All dogs, kids and family members are welcome. 

A group dinner will be held on Saturday night - BYO food & drinks (bring a plate to share for dinner). Cake will be provided. 

Minimum age for dogs competing applies - Cross Country and Jumping is 18 months / Bank Diving and Barrel Race is 12 months. 

To be eligible for overall prizes, you must enter your dog in Cross Country and two other events.
