Our workforce program (Southern Missouri Works Project) provides SNAP participants the opportunities to gain skills, training, and/or experience that will improve your ability to attain employment. 

What does that look like?
  • Pay for short-term training and certifications 
  • Pay for training costs such as books, gas reimbursement, etc
  • Pay for interview/work attire
  • Update or create your resume so employers can see your skills 
  • Connect you with employers   
  • AND much more
