CBA Covid-19 Burial Project
Children’s Burial Assistance, Inc. (CBA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization developed in 2007 in Atlanta, GA to provide donated burial plots or urns across the United States for deceased minor children, ages 1 to 26. These burial plots and urns are made available by the generous donations of individuals throughout the United States.

In an effort to address the burial needs of families who’ve lost loved ones due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our organization is launching a special program across the United States for deceased adults, age 27 years old and older – “The CBA Covid-19 Burial Project”.  The burial plot inventory is subject to change and is currently available in the following states:  CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI.  Urns are shipped across the United States and can be engraved locally at the recipient's discretion upon arrival.

Requirements for burial plots or urn on a first come, first served basis:
~Ages 1 to 26 are automatically eligible or
~Ages 27 and older death due to COVID-19 or
~Age 65 and older and on Medicaid (copy of deceased card submission required)
There is a $30 shipping and handling fee for the donated urn.
The burial plot cannot be transferred or sold to a third party and internment rights only.
Please submit only one application per deceased individual.
