Text and phone banks are conducted virtually, texting on Wednesdays (5-6 pm CST), phone banking on Tuesdays (5-8 pm CST, but you don't have to stay the whole time). Texting is as simple as clicking "Send," with pre-generated responses to send back to replies, but we have a brief training for anyone new to the site. Phone banking involves having conversations with other voters, but you'll have a training to prepare you, a script to guide you, and a (virtual) room full of people ready to answer questions.

Canvassing is not virtual (surprise!). You'll meet up with one of our organizers, go through the script, the canvassing app, and answer any questions. Then you'll get some water (maybe snacks) and head to your assigned neighborhood, knock the doors on your list, then reconnect (in person or virtually) with your organizer to debrief. There are two shifts available every Saturday and Sunday until the election, 10-1 & 1-4. Custom dates available upon request (I really do mean this; we're happy to work with you, just tell us what you need!).

We also occasionally have other volunteer options, educational events, rallies, and miscellaneous events, but these are less predictable, schedule wise.
