Sharing Circles
Sharing Circles, which are safe and confidential spaces to share, listen, process, and work through your emotions during these trying times. The Sharing Circles are held in English and Hindi. Our Open Sharing Circles are one-off, drop-in spaces which have a different theme every week. Our Closed Sharing Circles are safe and confidential spaces with the same group of people meeting periodically to share, listen, process, and work through their emotions pertaining to a specific theme, and support each other during this process.. They are facilitated by a Mental Health Professional. [Free for all]
