Registration: SCN Meet and Greet
We look forward to having you  join us on Thursday, November 6th for a Meet and Greet with SCN's Executive Director, Maya Atassi! Please fill out the form below so we know who to expect.

The in-person event will be held at our community center located at 5439 Broadway, Chicago, IL 60640. Lite bites will be provided. Doors will open at 7 PM with time for food and mingling until 7:30 when we will start the conversation.

If you are joining us virtually, we will send out the information for how to join us closer to the event date. We anticipate this will start closer to 7:30 PM when the formal conversation begins.
