The 2025 Seasonal rate is $3,300 per site. This fee includes winter storage.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 shall be paid within ten days of acceptance of this request.

A second non-refundable deposit of $1,000 shall be paid by March 1, 2025. The balance of the site fee must be paid by April 15, 2025.

Sites will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve-basis. You may request a specific site but it’s not
guaranteed. We will do our best to honor all requests.

Boat and Jet Ski parking and storage fee is $100 per boat/jet ski of trailer.

Seasonal campers will be billed separately for electric usage. Bills will be given out monthly and due
within three days of receipt.

Subletting the site is prohibited. This site agreement may not be sold or transferred without
management approval.

Campsite occupancy are for two adults and their minor children under the age of 21. Seasonal campers’ guests are required to pay $5.00 per night per person over the age of 18.

The seasonal camper is required to have liability insurance on their unit. A copy of insurance declaration page must be supplied to management.

No sheds, decks, fences, driveways or any structure shall be built without management approval and
proper building permits.

The seasonal camper agrees not to hold Wonder Woods Campground of Sister Lakes (TCL Management Group, LLC) or management responsible for accidents or injuries to themselves or guests, loss of money or valuation of any kind, or damage caused by acts of nature, or other campers’ guests or visitors in the campground.

Seasonal campers agree to follow all rules and regulations of Wonder Woods Campground of Sister
Lakes. We have the right to refuse or reject from the park any person, adult or minor unwilling to abide
by park rules.
