National Officer and Volunteer Application
This form is intended as an application for those interested in a National Officer or Volunteer position. You can find all position decriptions in the Member Portal under Volunteer Resources, including the difference between each position level (leads, managers, specialists). Please review the National Officer Agreement and Modules to understand the expectations of being a National Officer and Volunteer.

Terms: 
  • Members serve a 18-month term beginning in the Fall of 2025 and report to National Office Staff or the Grand Council.
  • Time commitment varies by area and position; most positions are less than 10 hours a week, but may vary depending on time of year and tasks given.
  • At time of appointment, members must be in good standing (dues paid or on a plan, signed National Officer Agreement, and completed National Officer Modules - found on the Officer Portal.
Responsibilities: 
  • Attend onboarding and training for your position 
  • Timely communication (within 48-72 hours)
  • Execute the duties outlined in the position description 
  • Provide feedback, updates, and/or improvements, as necessary to resources in your area (including, but not limitied to website materials, guides, forms, etc.)
Timeline:
  • Applications open July 1, 2025
  • Application review and interviews will occur August 1 - October 31, 2025
