Please read all the information below before ordering your transcripts.
ATTENTION CURRENT WSHS STUDENTS: Seminole County Public Schools does not allow schools to email or mail transcripts. Please
remember when submitting a transcript to a college/university, “official transcripts” are required. If you just want your
transcript for your own personal use or scholarships, then request an “unofficial
transcript”. However, some scholarship might require “official transcripts”.
Therefore, when ordering a transcript, it is considered official when you
request official transcripts or that the transcript be
sent electronically at the link below. Please fill out the form in the link below to
request your transcripts be sent electronically to the college/university of
your choice and/or for you to pick up “official and/or unofficial” transcripts from the Student Services Office within three business days and mail them or hand-deliver
them to the college/university of your choice.
“Unofficial Transcripts for Parent Portfolio”, per the SCPS District Office EFFECTIVE on 2/24/ 25 cannot be uploaded in Skyward to the parent's Portfolio section for student email purposes.
NOT ALL COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES ARE IN OUR PORTAL TO SEND ELECTRONIC TRANSCRIPTS. If you requested an electronic transcript and this is the issue, then you will
receive a confirmation email from the FTE Clerk or the Student Services Secretary and a request that you complete the transcript request form again to order a paper transcript to be picked up in person. Listed below is the list of Colleges/Universities currently in our portal that transcripts can be sent to electronically. If the college/university is not in the portal, please request a paper transcript to be picked up in person.
For questions regarding pick-up or electronic transcripts contact the individuals below:
However, if you are using portals such as Common
Application, Parchment, and/or The Coalition, your Counselor will upload your transcripts and other documents required, once you complete the required information. Therefore, you do not order transcripts for these portals.
ATTENTION SENIORS (Class of 2026): Students
may start requesting final transcripts on May 15th. FINAL paper transcripts will be available for pick-up after June 17th in the Student Services office (one per student). We do not send final transcripts through Common Application, Parchment or The Coalition. Electronic transcripts, if applicable, will be sent after June 10th to the college/university that you selected. Please note that not all colleges/universities are listed in our database to receive electronic transcripts. If the college or university is not listed in our database you will be notified via the email listed in the Google Form.
Do not use your school email to order final transcripts as your school email will be deactivated after you graduate.
NCAA or NAIA: For students who have applied to NCAA or NAIA for these scholarships, transcripts
will be uploaded by the Mrs. McBryde or Dr. Herro during the school year as requested in the portals or by students and
final transcripts will be uploaded in the portals on/or before June 17 of the senior year. Please contact us by email: Marsha_McBryde@scps.k12.fl.us or Mariette_Herro@scps.k12.fl.us for more information, if applicable. Please remember we are not available by email between June 30th to July 30th.
ALL FORMER STUDENTS : You cannot order your transcript here, if you are a former student. Former
Student Records requests are processed by Seminole County Public Schools online at https://scpsfl.scriborder.com/ or phone: 407-320-0366.
