Please sign up for one or more shifts to help us change students' lives! Below is a description of volunteer shifts available:
Set-up crew: 2:00pm-6:00pm - These volunteers will help to create the environment inside and outside the Loveworks Center for students as well as setting up student's "Camps." We want to go all-out for our box city environment and will need dozens of volunteers to make it happen!
Check-in: 7:30pm-9:30pm - Be the first faces that families interact with upon arriving at the event. Help get students checked in and set up for the event! In order to make check-in quick, we want 30+ leaders helping with this role.
Event Team: 8:00pm-1:00am - Lead students during the event, from setting up the guys and girls camp to box decorating to our live music. With 175 students expected, we'll need 50+ leaders to make the event go smoothly!
Zombie Crew: 12:00pm-8:00am - A handful of leaders are needed to stay in student camps overnight to keep an eye on our students and begin the tear-down process.
Early Birds: 6:30am-11:00am - Are you a morning person?? This team will lead students from our 7am wake-up until they are pickd-up and will help tear down after the event!
High School Team - This volunteer role is reserved for high school students who are active with our program or have received prior approval to register for this event. Our high school team will meet at 7:45pm, play an active role leading through the event, sleep overnight in student camps, then lead students and tear-down in the morning, with an expected wrap-up time of 11:00am.
We will meet with each group when their shift starts to go over the specific details of their role.
