This form is for people who would like to request funding for travel assistance to Flock.  This is a long block of text, but it is important.  Please read it carefully.

This form has multiple sections.  Only the information in this section is used to make funding decisions.  The specifics of your funding request or your demographic details are NOT considered when making funding decisions.

Completing this form does not guarantee you funding.  Do not buy your own tickets or make reservations before receiving your funding decision.  If you have a situation that requires immediate purchase, please contact Brian Exelbierd (bex@fedoraproject.org) for approval.

Funding can only be used to cover costs related to travel (including visas) and lodging.  Funding is generally not provided for meals, transportation costs in the city where Flock is being held or to/from your home to the airport.

This year the hotel rooms include breakfast and Flock is providing some lunch and dinner meals.

If you complete this form, you still need to register for the conference.  Please register once you have decided if you will attend.  This may mean that you wait to register until you have received a funding decision.  If you do not wish to or are not able to make a voluntary ticket payment, you may select the $0 payment option when you register.  Any contribution you make here allows us to fund more people.  PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL ATTEND.  Registrations are used to set counts for things like meals and t-shirts.
