Organised by the UNDP Global Centre for Technology, Innovation, and Sustainable Development, Smart Cities training series aims to provide clear, concise and practical information to development practitioners that want to design and implement projects related to smart cities.

This is the second session of 2021 Smart Cities Training Series. In this episode, we invite digital service design expert Beatriz Belmonte from the PublicTech Lab at the IE School of Global and Public Affairs. Based in Madrid, the PublicTech Lab is a collaborative space for the experimentation and design of innovative solutions specializing in addressing challenges faced by the public sector. The PublicTech Lab also contributes to bridging collaboration between public and private actors to create technological solutions for a more sustainable and inclusive society.
