2016 NCBA Marching Band Chief Judge Reference Form
All Chief Judges from 2014 and 2015 are automatically approved for 2016. This form should be completed for any individuals who wish to be considered as a Chief Judge for NCBA sanctioned marching band shows for the 2016 season but have not served as a Chief Judge in the previous two years. Each applicant must submit three nominations from current (non-retired) NCBA members. One of these three references must be completed by the site host (band director) of a NCBA sanctioned show. All references must be received by June 1.
