Basketball Tasmania is calling for expressions of interest to complete Level 1 and Level 2 Statisticians Courses in 2021.

LEVEL 1 EOI
The courses are three hours in length and will require each candidate to have access to a PC, have downloaded the free FIBA Organiser V7 - note tablets, Apple devices will not run the program used for stats.

For a course to occur there must be a minimum of five candidates per course. Once this number is meet we will advise dates.

The proposed course dates are

6 February, Southern Tasmania 12.00pm – 2.00pm @The Training and Busines Company, Self Point Road
4 February, NW Tasmania 6.00pm – 8.00pm @ Devonport Recreation Centre, Forbes Street
17 February, Northern 6.00pm – 8.00pm @ Elphin Sports Centre, Dowling Street


LEVEL 2 EOI
The course is four hours in length and will require candidates to complete a practical exam. All candidates must have achieved level 1 accreditation to sit the level 2 course. Candidates require access to a PC, have downloaded the free FIBA Organiser V7 - note tablets, Apple devices will not run the program used for stats.

Part of the assessment is through practically calling a game, so the course will be built around the Under 18 State Championships 18 & 19 September, Launceston, Elphin Sports Centre 12.00pm - 4.00pm
