Sink (Scrub sink, around faucets, and handles)

Toilet (Clean bowl, around base, wall near the toilet, and remove hard water ring, )

Remove all reachable cobwebs

Clean all reachable ceiling fans

Clean all reachable light fixtures and light switches

Wipe all window and door frames

Vacuum and wipe out window and door tracks

Wipe baseboards

Clean any 2” horizontal blinds ** (We do not clean mini blinds or drapes.)

Vacuum carpeting and edges (Please let us know if professional carpet cleaners are coming)

Wash all hardwood and stone floors

Empty out fireplace, wash glass and hearth

Clean wall marks with a magic eraser **

Sweep garage and front porch (Must provide a wide broom to sweep garage)

If you want your furniture cleaned, please include details (under couch pillows, table/chair legs, under beds, outside patio furniture, etc.)

Vacuum around washer and dryer

UPON LEAVING

Pull the blinds down or close the drapes

Turn OFF water upon departure

Take out all trash to bear bin (extra trash will be left in the garage)

Lock all doors, lock all windows, and turn ON alarm if instructed

Please tell us if any special cleaning products or tools are needed that you will provide (ie: cobweb pole, four-foot ladder, etc.)

DEEP CLEANING POLICY

Please check that the details of the cleaning are up to your desires. We are happy to come back to finish up any needed items within 48 hours of the clean if you find items that are incomplete. After that all work is final.
